We endeavour to ship all orders the same working day that we receive payment, orders received after 1pm may take an extra day.

All orders are shipped via courier. By accepting our terms and conditions of sale you are also accepting the terms and conditions of the courier we use. If you have any special instructions related to delivery, please either advise us at the time of order placement or Contact Us for further details. We will always pass these instructions on to the courier but cannot guarantee that they will be acted on as each courier has its own policy.

Delivery charges include handling and packing fees, as well as all postage costs.

Delivery charges vary according to the value of the total order and we advise you to group your items in one order to reduce charges. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and delivery fees (if applicable) will apply to each of them, please request a quotation for delivery.

UK Mainland

All delivery charges are based on shipping to the UK Mainland excluding the Highlands of Scotland.

Scottish Highlands

Due to additional carrier charges for shipping to the Scottish Highlands, please be aware additional charges may apply.

Large and fragile items

Certain large or fragile items will incur additional delivery costs, these can be conveyed upon request.

Please see the table below for our shipping zones.

If your postcode is in zones A or B then this counts as the UK Mainland for calculating delivery charges.

If your postcode is in zones C or D then this counts as the Scottish Highlands for calculating delivery charges.
